"The model fires"
Our way of saying ATLAS's number disagrees with the market's by enough to publish. It is a disagreement, not a recommendation, and whether disagreeing pays is the thing still being measured. Most games it does not fire at all.
Published before the game
Every pick is frozen with a price and a timestamp before the game starts, and the exchange's order book is public, so anyone can check that price existed at that minute. What that cannot prove is that we showed you every call — for that, the field page lists everything we turned down.
